Your recipe sounds really good, SwampCatNana, but consider all the fat, 2/3 cup ot it, as opposed to this recipe which has none.

I prefer my version of Oven "fried" Chicken. It even include biscuits! http://www.food.com/recipe/my-oven-fried-chicken-and-biscuits-134101

I didn't know this was stupid..I make it alot! It works great for boneless skinless chicken too. Here is my personal variation: Dip chicken in flour to coat Dip floured chicken pieces in melted margarine Then dip in breading: crushed saltines, crushed french fried onions, ( don't crush to dust, just til small pieces.) Parmesan cheese (cheapo kind is fine), salt and pepper. Honestly add any flavoring that you want to. It all works great. :) Love. My kids run from all directions of the house when they smell me cooking this-and happiness flies everywhere!

@Chef 1872251, We've updated the recipe to read "beat the eggs," as though you are going to scramble them. Hope this helps! --Editor of RecipeLion

Did you really mean to scramble the eggs: If so, how could I dip the chicken in the eggs?
